INGREDIENTS AND BENEFITS
Citrus sinensis (Sweet Orange) Peel Oil – immune building, calming, uplifting, anti-stress, anti-anxiety, eases inflammation.
Pelargonium graveolens (Geranium) Oil – ease discomforts of menopause, mensis, breast tenderness and PMS
Cananga odorata (Ylang Ylang) Oil – mood enhancing, reduces anxiety and has aphrodisiac properties
Cedrus atlantica (Cedarwood) Oil – calming, uplifting, boosts brain function, anti-inflammatory, anti-spasmodic, eases cramps
Cupressus sempervirens (Cypress) Oil – reduces pain associated with muscle spasms and camps, is sedative and aids sleep
Boswellia carterii (Frankincense) Resin Oil – calming, grounding, balances hormones, reduces pain, nausea and anxiety
Salvia sclarea (Clary Sage) Oil – grounding, balances mood, eases painful cramps and PMS symptoms.
THERAPEUTIC USE

Diffuse: The most common way to enjoy Essential Oils, add 2-10 drops of oil to your Aromatherapy Diffuser.
Topically: (See topical dilution guide below)
- On the Go: You can also experience the benefits of Essential Oils by adding 4-6 drops of your Essential Oil Blend to a 15ml roller bottle and top with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Apply to your wrists, temples, behind your ears & soles of your feet.
- Massage: Dilute a few drops of HER Essential Oil Blend into a carrier oil, massage oil, or moisturiser to soothe sore, cramping muscles.
- Body & Belly Oil: Due to the hormone balancing qualities in HER Essential Oil Blend, this makes for a fantastic belly oil, especially at that time of the month. To create a safe body oil, dilute 20-30 drops HER Blend into 80-100ml carrier oil base (we recommend something light and easily absorbed such as Almond Oil or Grapeseed Oil). For added benefits, include 20ml Castor Oil to your blend.
- Bath: Add a few drops of HER Essential Oil blend to a warm bath to promote emotional, immune & hormone support.
- Skin Serum: Not just for emotional and hormone balance, the ingredients in HER Essential Oil Blend have fantastic healing properties when it comes to skincare. Add a few drops of the blend to 100ml carrier oil of choice (try Jojoba Oil or Rosehip Oil, or a combination of both). Once diluted, apply nightly to desired areas, avoiding your eyes and sensitive areas. Alternatively, you can add a couple of drops to your existing skincare products (cream / lotion) to boost their healing and rejuvenating properties.
- Fast Remedy: Add 1-2 drops of essential oil blend to a tissue and inhale at a distance while ensuring that the oil does not come into direct contact with your skin. Alternatively, you can smell the oil directly from the bottle!
