Defend Essential Blend combines a unique selection of 100% pure essential oils. It is a blend designed to purify the air and prevent the spread of harmful airborne bacteria. This oil may energise the mind and body when feeling weak and exhausted. Whether diffused , or diluted and applied topically, the oils within Defence Essential Blend work to protect and support the immune system and may reduce typical cold and flu-like symptoms.

THERAPEUTIC USE
Please note the following guidelines are recommended for healthy adults:

- Used in a diffuser – 2 – 4% dilution (4 – 8 drops per 10ml)
- Used as a topical application: 1 – 2% dilution (2 – 4 drops per 10ml)

- Essential oils should be kept out of reach of children and pets.
- Avoid using Essential Oils during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding.
- Essential Oils are very concentrated and are likely to cause irritation or reactions if applied directly to the skin. For this reason, we recommend diluting your essential oils before using topically (on the skin).
