EQUILIBRIUM ESSENTIAL BLEND
Equilibrium Essential Blend of 100% pure essential oils is a balancing blend that may provide emotional support during the menstrual cycle. The blend may assist in dealing with unwanted feelings of irritability, the emergence of mood swings, and onset of tension and lethargy.

Clary Sage (Salvia sclarea)
Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)

USE GUIDELINES
Diffuse: 3 drops in an oil diffuser or oil burner.
Massage: 2 drops with 10mL of carrier oil
