Digestion Essential Blend is a combination of oils which have traditionally been used to help relieve the symptoms of mild digestive upsets, including bloating and nausea. This blend may likewise assist with mild digestive discomfort without adding remedies into the gut.

USE GUIDELINES
Diffuse: 3 drops in an oil diffuser or oil burner.
Massage: 3 drops with 10mL of carrier oil applied to abdomen or lower back.
