How to use Spearmint Essential Oil
- Diffusion
- To experience the aromatic benefits of Spearmint Essential Oil Certified Organic, add a few drops to your Aromatherapy Diffuser, it will help energise and uplift.
Topical Use
- Add Spearmint Organic Oil to a carrier oil of choice at a 2-4% dilution and apply topically as a skin serum or massage oil to treat skin issues such as dermatitis, acne and congested skin. If using in a facial application, we recommend a 1% dilution.
